My Panasonic television was faulty
Picked up for repair and came back with different new screen and not fitted properly and damaged
At the time my father in law died with Covid and did not check
It properly as I had other things on my mind
John Lewis stated Television was repaired properly and as I did not report it straight away they were not responsible
The new screen is different to the one that was on the television when I sent it for repair
John Lewis closed my complaint and would not listen to me
Very poor service from management and not staff
