EVERY TIME I have ordered product(s) with John Lewis something goes wrong.
From broken glass lights, threatening delivery drivers, getting charged twice...
Then yesterday I waited in all day (with my 3 children!) for a delivery that was booked in over the phone - that never arrived.
The list goes on, I will never be shopping with them again -AVOID AVOID AVOID!
