Purchased an expensive kettle as a present & after only 3 months there were problems with not cutting off boiling & the paint was flaking off & the response we got was we’ll repair it you’ll only be without it for a couple of weeks. Bearing in mind it has a two year warranty.
Shocking customer service. After a while they did replace it but wasn’t easy
