Used to love John Lewis - what the heck’s happened to them ? Paid extra to have 2 hour window delivery of new washing machine. No communication on the day so phoned to chase up -spent over an hour on the phone -end of evening and they still ( apparently) don’t know where it is, what’s happened etc. Absolutely appalling “ customer service”.
