I took the day off work and travelled for two hours to receive an order at the time confirmed by John Lewis.
I waited for 3 hours (an hour passed the delivery time) and the package never arrived and no further notification.
I was offered a slice of cake and a coffee at Waitrose as a 'sorry'.
Really poor.
