Ordered a Sony Bravia tv on line.Contacted by their delivery company to confirm delivery.Waited in all day .No delivery.Contacted JL who promised delivery next day without fail.Youve guessed it ,no delivery.
How John Lewis expect people to put up with this level of service is beyond me.
They survive on their past reputation.
