I bought a pair of shoes on April 22nd, 2016, I had to return them at my expense, which cost US$37, even though John Lewis had shipped the wrong size.
The return was received on May 21st, and I'm still waiting for my refund, and it's July 28!
Today I received a message from JL telling me to open a dispute with my CC company, because they can't find records of the transaction in their system.
