An order I placed as click and collect apparently either didn’t arrive or was damaged on arrival at the pick up point. No problem, these things happen and a quick call to Customer Services resulted in a prompt refund.
Imagine my surprise when 9 days later I received another email to say the order had failed to be picked up in time and was being returned to the warehouse!!!. The item was no longer available on line for order….I was so upset 😭
