I called to put an order in for few Christmas hamper on Friday night, the lady who picked up the phone sounded like a 5 year old, over duration of 40 minutes( while I was paying 30pence a minute) she kept on making a mistake and appologising for it, to the point that Amex stoped my card because of all the suspicious activities on the card, I asked to speak to the manager snd she said there are no managers available!!!! Now I have never experienced such poor service in my life! So at the end I went to another company and they were more then happy to take my money!
My advice is try somewhere else before you try John Lewis!!????
