I purchased a pair of suede shoes from John Lewis. The sales clerk was very helpful. The shoe size I required was not available in the box because on foot had been misplaced in another box. The lady spent quite some time searching for the other foot. It must have taken about 10 minutes. When she returned with the correct size she apologised for the mix-up and for the fact that she took so long searching through the shoe boxes for the right one. I was very pleased with her effort and her friendliness, and I told her so. She was very professional.
