It's a bit of a mixed review for me. I placed 3 orders with John Lewis in the last 2 weeks. Very happy with my last delivery. It was pretty quick and I was happy that I could use my gift card for online shopping. The whole process was very straightforward.
One of the previous order, which was also an online purchase but with in-store pick up, was pretty outstanding as well. The item I bought was available for me to pick up very quickly and was exactly as per the pictures, so no surprise there.
However, the third online purchase I made (a baby bath) didn't go as well as I would have wanted. I received the usual confirmation that the item had arrived, when actually it had not been delivered yet (I was having it delivered at work). The next day I received the same email confirming the item had been delivered. This time it was true, but the box was all dirty and open ! Completely unacceptable. I complained with the courier who also suggested I contact John Lewis (that I yet have to do).
