Today had coffee and scone at John Lewis Glasgow
It was a pleasure to be served by Sandra - she had a smile, made me feel welcome and no request was too much trouble while all the time being efficient and serving me. She made me aware of the offer of jam with my scone so that really made my tea treat special.
Its staff like Sandra who are a good advert for John Lewis' Restaurant and her warm welcome and great service has certainly been an encouragement for us to return.
