I have recently brought a canon A3+ printer from John Lewis as I have bought a TV from them in the past with excellent service from them. The price was the best I had found for that printer and it was delivered promptly to my local Waitrose. The service from both was really very good and very friendly. John Lewis staff also know a lot about the products they sell and never try to pressure sell you anything. They just give you good advice.
