Went to John Lewis at the Trafford centre to buy a double oven the lad that served us was very efficient and knowledgable, didn't catch his name in afraid. The chaps who,came to install the oven were brilliant, explaining everything to us. We went back the following week as a form we had to fill in baffled us. This lad photocopied our receipt and the form which he didn't have to do. All in all everything was excellent
