John Lewis Customer Services and also the delivery persons were fantastic - absolutely second to none regarding a furniture order and delivery. The furniture needed to be exchanged. Resulting in me being happy customer. H
However, I have had an abysmal service from their window blinds department. I gave up in the end and went to another shop. The saga lasted from January 2017 till June 2017
