We recently bought a beautiful light fitting from John Lewis. It arrived quickly by courier and with no issues. We were also told that if the item was reduced in price within a certain time limit we could claim the difference back... well in just over a week, it was reduced by £12, so we got that amount refunded! Fab bargain!
