Today I was at Milton Keynes John Lewis. Popping in to the coffee shop with my sister-in-law on crutches we has fabulous customer service. Their were 3 men working and they were completely focused and attentive to customers. One notice the crutches and pointed to the nearest table and cleared it for us. Service was quick, attentive and efficient. Also friendly. Caroline Khambatta (customer of over 30 years.)
