We purchase a wide screen television last December and had a problem with the wall mount
that we bought from them at the same time. They not only replaced it with a more suitable one but sent the installers back, without extra charge, and found that they had reduced the
price of the television we bought and send us a cheque for over £600.00 to ensure that we
were happy with there service.
