I had to purchase a replacement laptop in a hurry. The salesman on duty that afternoon was appalling and seemed not to know the difference between models (i reckon he was a stand-in). Subsequently found out I had purchased an 'entry' model (according to PC World) and that the price had gone down £20 the day after purchase. I went back to complain and JL rectified the latter with a refund of the difference and sorted out the other issue by offering a free upgrade to another model. and even supplied a voucher for coffee for two. I was very happy with the result.
