I recently purchased a large flat screen TV. After aw weeks of use it suddenly want off--No signal. I checked the various antenna connections and deduced it was the input RF amplifier gone down. On telephoning John Lewis to ask for help at 1930hrs I was assured an Engineer would be sent round the next day. No questions asked just action. During the evening I went on a more thorough search of antenna connections and found a disconnect behind a heavy settee caused by our pet. All ok when reconnected. We called JL and cancelled the visit. The response was great many thanks for "saving" their time etc. Whole heartedly recommend John Lewis after sales service.
