We needed a new TV set. John Lewis staff were very helpful in explaining the various options and pointed out that one of the TV models we liked had two variants of which one was slightly cheaper due to John Lewis "never undersold" policy, despite being the bette quality option. Very honest and transparent attitude by the staff.
