Shopped recently for the first time on John Lewis online but it certainly will not be my last. Ordered fragile items with the fear and trepidation they might not arrive in 1 piece. Not only were they packaged really well and there were no breakables, but I received them after just 3 days of placing the order (during Black Friday)
