Had an issue with a next day delivery that was delivered to the wrong place. when I called, they got the driver to go back to where it was delivered and sorted it immediately. They refunded me the postage. Only thing was that they didnt call me to confirm it had been delivered to the correct address (present fr someone, she called when she received it). but very good service.
