After buying a tv from John Lewis after about 2years it developed a fault on the screen so I contacted customer service who sent out an engineer who said the screen would need replaced after two weeks wait the screen was fitted and we now have a perfect picture once more, I have to commend the service with 5 stars from start to finish, the engineer who came both times was superb I send grateful thanks to all who made my experience a smooth service so thank you John Lewis I shall continue to shop with you
