Customer Service, Made to measure, and orders team do NOT communicate properly.
I paid for my order early March (we are in May 2018), nobody can still figure out if my the fitting was paid for (it was) and keep throwing the ball at each other.
Order still not fitted as nobody seems to care spearheading the service I have long paid for!
