Having come from a terrible experience in PC World, John Lewis was picture perfect from the moment I walked in.
Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I quickly found the perfect computer for me; a discounted ex display desktop. The staff went above and beyond to make my experience picture perfect.
