Good, clear advice about buying a replacement dishwasher. No pressure to buy a more expensive item. Efficient payment & booking delivery. I was especially pleased that not only was I give a date but they rang to give me a 2 hour time slot and then rang when they were on their way. Good advice about use of cleaner etc. I also get vouchers for using my John Lewis credit card.
