I guess I was lucky, or possibly I just received the service I expected of John Lewis. From the original call 24 hours before my new TV and soundbar were to be delivered giving me a 2 hour window, through the follow up call giving me an eta on the day, to the two cheerful guys who did everything I asked, unpacking, moving the old kit, connecting up the new stuff and demonstrating it, I could not have been more pleased with the process. Thank you JL, and your crew.
