I have visited your store at Cheltenham this afternoon. I was interested in trying new make up by Charlotte Tilbury. Truly excellent customer service by Paulina. Rather then just showing me all the suitable products for my skin, she also showed me how to apply it all. Excellent stock knowledge. Suggested alternatives to suit my skin. Very pleasant and friendly. Left with few purchases and will be definitely returning to the store. Please praise!!!!!!
