Have been a John Lewis customer for nearly 60 years and always delighted with the service we receive.
Yesterday, visited Ipswich branch and needed help re a DVD player. The Partner (P.J.) was brilliant....patient, extremely well informed and no way trying to encourage us to buy the most expensive one on offer. We had a successful purchase and came away, yet again, so pleased to be able to shop at our favourite store once again.
