I have tried calling and get cut off - emailing and get ignored - it is illegal to take other peoples money and provide nothing - it is outrageous
John Lewis are obviously happy to provide a dreadful service but I am not and am trying to get this sorted as I am working on behalf of a client but they still won't help
I would heavily guide against ever using John Lewis - they are UNHELPFUL ILLEGAL AND CAUSE HUGE AND UNNECESSARY STRESS
