I always feel we get good knowledgeable service in the soton store however the restaurant was poor value for money. A terrible cappuccino and not so good Americano One scon with jam -no cream £8.2!!
The service was lackluster The carpet and some of the fixtures and fittings in the restaurant manky.
We purchased a TV 5 stars @ £2200--great service.
