No matter how much cheaper their product is online, do not use them. The first time an expensive mattress I ordered from them went missing for 7 months and there was a lot of back and forth with their customer service, with no apology.
This time, a tv monitor was apparently delivered and signed for at my address today and yet there is no sign of it. I have checked with 4 neighbours. That's 2/2.
Attrocious! I really hope they close down. Will learn my lesson the second time round.
