Ordered a new washing machine on line on Monday and it was delivered today, Wednesday. I received 2 automated phone calls advising of 2 hour delivery slot and then the driver rang me 20 minutes before arrival. There were 2 delivery men who were very professional and friendly, I live in a 9 th storey flat but this didn’t cause any delivery problems at all, they were both really nice men. Thank you.
