I wanted to buy 3 pieces of West elm mid century furniture from John Lewis. I waited for the Black Friday deals but just before this promotion commenced all three pieces went out of stock. I called John Lewis, to be told they would not be reordered until after the promotion ends. So why add these items to your website under the promotion- if it was impossible to purchase.... never going to be in stock for the deal to apply ? Is this even legal?
