Agree with other reviews - awful e-commerce experience (order not delivered after a week and lost without trace) and spent an hour on hold trying to speak to Customer Services before being told it would take another week to get another one sent.
Their hold music is horrendous!!
John Lewis are spending too much money on their Christmas TV adverts and not enough on their retail experience.
