Used their Hermes courier service to send back unwanted items. Courier never came, took John Lewis a week to sort out another courier. Items delivered back, no refund. 3 weeks later I had to chase them and was told my refund was processed that day. It’s now another 3 weeks on and I’m still £450 out of pocket. No one replying to emails.
Not the retailer they used to be. Please refund me
