I have been waiting 37 mins on hold was answered but was allegedly diverted to a store been holding a further 26 mins absolutely disgraceful John Lewis you should be ashamed of yourself! Your exec should be sacked you do not care about your customers and don’t deserve any loyalty at all. You have just lost another customer
