Placed order online 3 wks ago for Mother's Day gifts. One item was missing. Contacted them 2 times and was promised it would be sent and I would get an email. Never got any communication. 3rd time I called item was out of stock and I was never notified of it. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For the amount of money they charge you would think service would be better. Stay away!
