Ordered a Cartier watch on 9/6/2020 and the shipping time frame showed 3-5 weeks.
Today is 11/20/2020 and my order status still shows “Awaiting shipment”.
It’s been 75 days and my watch has not even shipped yet. I have called Jomashop 3 times, and was told everytime that they have no idea when it will ship, but it will one day. The last representing even told me “sir, you have to be patient” not sure how much more patient I am expected to be when I’ve waited 75 days...
TERRIBLE experience.
