“I'M USING UPPERCASE BECAUSE IT'S EASIER FOR ME, OKAY. NOW, I'M ANGRY AT JOMASHOP. I WAS SENT AN ITEM THAT IS A KNOCK-OFF OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THE ITEM IN QUESTION IS A DOLCE AND GABBANA'S LIGHT BLUE EDT, 3.4 OZ. THE JUICE IS SO WATERED DOWN! IT NOT ONLY LASTED FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES, IT HAD NO CITRUSY OPENING! SURELY OF EITHER A RECIPE CHANGE OR A STRAIGHT UP FAKE DOLCE AND GABBANA'S LIGHT BLUE. NOW, WHAT GETS MY GORDE IS A STRANGE $13.00 DOLLAR LOST ON THE RETURNED ITEM! IF SHIP. LABEL IS $6.99. AND TOTAL PURCHASING PRICE IS 55.30! 55.30 minus 6.99 = $48.31. AND JOMASHOP IS (UNEXPLAINED) ONLY REFUNDING NE $40.71 OUT OF A $55.30 DOLLAR PURCHASE. WHERE IS MY $8. 29 CENTS AFTER THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE OF $6.99?! AND THAT'S ROUNDED OUT TO $13.00! I LOST $13.00, TWICE, ($26.00) IN DEALINGS WITH JOMASHOP! I'M DONE!”

“Amazing company. They are my go to for authentic amazing items I want whether it’s sunglasses or cologne or watches they are the best. I have told everyone about them. “I recently bought two fragrances and I only received one.I called customer service and they were rude to me I don’t know why I told him to go over my history with Jomashop but I think he didn’t want to hear that I had said. No more Jomashop for me I’m done purchasing from you guys.”
