“Extremely disappointing experience with Jomashop. I spent approximately $23,000 in only 20 days, trusting Jomashop because of their attractive prices. I deeply regret placing so many orders before testing their service. Several packages are missing or impossible to locate. Some were marked delivered with no delivery photo, no signature, and no clear proof of where they were left, despite containing items worth thousands of dollars. Customer service makes everything worse. Emails receive generic responses that ignore the actual questions. By phone, I have faced extremely long queues, always 47 customers minimum ahead of me, only to experience rude service and even have a call ended while trying to resolve the issue. I also paid around $20+ for expedited shipping on almost every order, although free shipping was available. For days, I have urgently contacted Jomashop about my remaining high-value packages, asking them NOT to leave them unattended in a hallway, locker, mailroom, or anywhere else for next packages by emails and calls I requested either UPS Hold for Pickup with my ID or signature/ID verification upon delivery. but no ANSWER UPS and USPS told me only Jomashop, as the sender, can request this, yet my urgent requests remain unresolved. After spending around $23,000, I am now spending my time calling UPS/USPS and visiting their locations trying to locate missing packages and protect upcoming deliveries. A company selling items worth thousands of dollars should provide delivery security and customer service appropriate to their value.”

“Happy with the Seiko watch,but seems used and no warranty card and instructions . I Contacted customer support and never heard a thing back. I would not buy off Jomashop again... I thought I was getting a new unopened Seiko watch. I suspect this watch was return or something.”

“Great discounter for fragrances! Haven't purchased any other products, but the pricing and shipping was great in my experience. Didn't have to deal with customer service at all. Everything was right from the start. Box came undamaged, and even more important, the bottle was in perfect condition (and legit).”

“Disappointing. They said they couldn't deliver my package on Friday. They weren't open on the weekend. The email said to call them, which took a second to find the right contact information. When I called Monday morning and they said that they already shipped it back and will issue a refund. Haven't gotten a refund in a week or any receipts or information, nor have i gotten an email or a my product. As of now, I just gave them 50 dollars for them to ghost me. I'll change my review if I am able for an update, but I've spent hours dealing with this for over a week with zero communication and a wait time of 3 hours. At this current moment, this is where it stands.”

“Ordered from them twice. Both times took longer than they said it would which meant on the second order that I did not receive the birthday gift in time for the persons birthday. I also purchased myself a travel size set of Paco Rabanne, it was marked open box but no where did it say it was missing one of the perfumes and the photo did not show one missing. When I received it and one was missing (of course the one I was wanting the most) I tried calling in and after being on hold for 12 minutes and speaking with someone she claims the listing showed one was missing (it did not at the time of purchase) and when I asked to speak to a supervisor because I said it was wrong that I should have to pay shipping back to them she hung up on me and said if I wanted to speak to someone else I could call back in.”
