“I purchased a new watch from this store. What I received was clearly not new. The watch arrived without protective films, in a visibly dented box, and inside packaging that belonged to a different version of the same model. Inside the box there was also a return receipt from a previous customer, which strongly indicates the watch had already been sold and returned. On top of that, the watch does not work. Multiple support requests have been submitted, and none have received a response. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control, product authenticity as “new,” and customer support reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sto”

“Since I got interested in men’s fragrances, Jomashop has been one of the main sites that I use. Good prices, quick deliveries(usually less than a week for in stock items), and they offer a lot of items I’m interested in. Their customer service is also very responsive when I’ve had to contact them to make changes to an order or for other questions.”

“The cologne I have purchased has always been original ( not a knock off ) and although some batch codes are older that is what you want some times so you get the original fragrance formula . If you time it right you can do that with pretty good regularity.”

“Horrible service they are not a great company we purchase 5 perfume and only received 2 the other 3 it took over a month, when you call customer service they have no ideia they say it’s Ups faults ,we will never buy it again we them Fragrance.net they are the best stay away from them , if we knew the reviews before we wouldn’t buy nothing from them”

“Jomashop is and has been my go-to for luxury and specialty items. I've bought colognes and watches from Joma, and have never been disappointed. All my deliveries have been either on time or early, and in great shape, never any damage or suspicious markings, cuts, etc. I've personally had great results with customer service, both calling and through email; simply a waiting time when calling. They let you know when your product is expected to arrive, if what you've ordered is not currently in stock or backordered. Would 100% recommend to those looking for "luxury" at a better price point than retail. Very glad I found Jomashop.”

“I'M USING UPPERCASE BECAUSE IT'S EASIER FOR ME, OKAY. NOW, I'M ANGRY AT JOMASHOP. I WAS SENT AN ITEM THAT IS A KNOCK-OFF OR HAS BEEN TAMPERED WITH. THE ITEM IN QUESTION IS A DOLCE AND GABBANA'S LIGHT BLUE EDT, 3.4 OZ. THE JUICE IS SO WATERED DOWN! IT NOT ONLY LASTED FOR ABOUT FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES, IT HAD NO CITRUSY OPENING! SURELY OF EITHER A RECIPE CHANGE OR A STRAIGHT UP FAKE DOLCE AND GABBANA'S LIGHT BLUE. NOW, WHAT GETS MY GORDE IS A STRANGE $13.00 DOLLAR LOST ON THE RETURNED ITEM! IF SHIP. LABEL IS $6.99. AND TOTAL PURCHASING PRICE IS 55.30! 55.30 minus 6.99 = $48.31. AND JOMASHOP IS (UNEXPLAINED) ONLY REFUNDING NE $40.71 OUT OF A $55.30 DOLLAR PURCHASE. WHERE IS MY $8. 29 CENTS AFTER THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE OF $6.99?! AND THAT'S ROUNDED OUT TO $13.00! I LOST $13.00, TWICE, ($26.00) IN DEALINGS WITH JOMASHOP! I'M DONE!”
