“Ordered from them twice. Both times took longer than they said it would which meant on the second order that I did not receive the birthday gift in time for the persons birthday. I also purchased myself a travel size set of Paco Rabanne, it was marked open box but no where did it say it was missing one of the perfumes and the photo did not show one missing. When I received it and one was missing (of course the one I was wanting the most) I tried calling in and after being on hold for 12 minutes and speaking with someone she claims the listing showed one was missing (it did not at the time of purchase) and when I asked to speak to a supervisor because I said it was wrong that I should have to pay shipping back to them she hung up on me and said if I wanted to speak to someone else I could call back in.”

“Great price, fast shipping and the watch was as described. It did add on an “optional” $10 delivery guarantee fee which I did not ask for. I guess just call that mandatory shipping charge. It was a good purchase as all my previous.”

“I ordered 2 perfumes from Jomashop, but only 1 was delivered in my package. When I contacted customer support to resolve the issue, they absurdly asked me to "prove" that I didn't receive the missing item despite the fact that USPS tracking itself clearly shows that only one item was delivered/processed. It is completely unreasonable to demand proof of something that was never sent. Very disappointed with how this was handled.”

“This is the worst purchasing experience of my life. Purchased a gigantically expensive Omega. At least, for me. I'll never own anythign beyond this, this was my grail. And HOLY HELL DID JOMASHOP LET ME DOWN IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. Watch arrives with the screw down crown pushed out, very weird. After a terrifyingly short period of time my screw down crown 1,000% stopped screwing down. what the heck?!? If I could leave zero, I definitely would. Honestly, they don't deserve me spending this much time on them as I have to, to get a modicum of justice here. To top it off, customer support (being 47th in line and having that number, somehow, increase over my course of waiting also is a fun way to spend 3/4 of one's day). So, now, it's either say by to a watch for 12-100 weeks that I've barely had in my possessions, but had to save up for for A YEAR to pay Swatch Group the fee to fix this, cause EVEN IF THEY COULD HERE, THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO WAY I'D ENTRUST THE SAME COMPANY THAT JUST SOLD ME A LEMON TO MAKE SAID LEMON INTO LEMONADE. I KNOW I WON'T GET BACK LEMONADE. I'LL BE LUCKY IF I GET BACK THE FULL LEMON WITH ALL OF IT'S FACTORY-MADE SEEDS INSIDE OF IT. PLEASE CONTACT ME JOMASHOP AND RESOLVE THIS.”

“I had to wait for over a month on my last item, Jomashop didn't even make a attempt to make any offer to give me for the wait. There's no excuse for a month wait and I but a lot of cologne from this company. I didn't say anything on purpose to say just how you value me as a customer. Very disrespectful and disappointing.”
