“I am a loyal customer of Jomashop. But no longer. They are not shipping products, if you call them answer will lost in shipping if you paid insurance will return the amount. After a month of follow up will get an email about sending a check but will never that check. We are interested to save money but not to loose.”

“$580 Dior Sunglasses Fell Apart After One Week – Jomashop Offered $40 I purchased a $580 pair of Dior sunglasses from Jomashop, expecting a level of quality appropriate for a luxury product. Unfortunately, after only one week of normal use, the sunglasses fell apart. I contacted Jomashop expecting them to stand behind the product and provide a reasonable solution. Instead, they offered me just $40 off for my trouble. There was no refund, no repair, no replacement, and no meaningful resolution. I find this extremely disappointing, especially considering the sunglasses cost $580 and failed after only a week of ordinary use. A $40 discount does not make up for being left with a defective luxury product. I understand that issues can occasionally happen with products, but what matters is how a company handles the situation. In this case, I don't feel Jomashop took responsibility or made a genuine effort to resolve the problem. Based on this experience, I would be very hesitant to purchase another expensive luxury item from Jomashop. The savings aren't worth it if you're left without meaningful support when something goes wrong.”
