“Great service. I've bought my son's Christmas present and everything was great. The purchase was easy , delivery was fast, I've got a good deal since it had a big discount and the perfume he wanted arrived in perfect conditions. My son loved his present.”

“They sent me a watch that does not work, which they insist on calling "defective" but not "broken", drawing a self-serving and nonsensical distinction. Because it is defective rather than broken, they will not reimburse one either for the cost of returning it, or the cost of having shipped a useless watch in the first place. Their customer service is unfriendly, seems under pressure to take care of a certain number of calls per minute. i guess they are selling rejects, hence the low cost and the defects.”

“Több évtizede vagyok a vásárlójuk! Ez idő alatt még sohasem fordult elő semmi probléma, mindent időben, tökéletes állapotban, profin csomagolva kaptam meg! Az ügyfélszolgálat is tökéletes, a lehető leggyorsabban Intéznek mindent, kedvesek, vevő orientáltak, türelmesek és mindenben segítőkészek…!! Valamint a legjobb árakkal rendelkeznek a piacon, legalábbis ami az órákat illeti mivel én érdeklődésemnek ez a fő iránya. Egyszóval köszönök mindent Jomashop!!👏🏻👌🏻”

“Purchased a Seiko SNKE61 and am very happy with it. The watch is a workhouse, although the reserve on mine is >30 hours, rather than the 40 that Seiko specs - not a deal-breaker, though, as I wear it at work during the week and don't mind correcting the time/date over the weekend if needed. It's inexpensive, and is perfect as a daily wear piece, or a great introduction to automatic watches if you're just starting out. Jomashop has great prices and ships quickly. I would recommend purchasing from their site if the deal fits.”

“They don't deal with fakes. Items are packaged with care as if they, themselves was the one receiving the item. Good pricing and stock availability. And it doesn't take a wk to receive like alot of places. They don't pay me ( don't even know me), but they do deserve a position review of their service. Have purchased multiple times and will continue to look their way.”

“Jomashop is literally the best shop for luxury items!!! I bought two watches and some cologne in two different orders. the first order came in three days and the second order came in two days. they also emailed order information etc. At first, I thought this site was a scam because of its awesome prices, but I tried it and now it's one of my favorite online stores. Check it out!”

“I had ordered 2 bottles of perfume to be shipped to my address in Canada. After waiting 2+ weeks to see any movement, not even a tracking number, I finally called in, and instead of a sympathetic response, the woman was a bit rude and told me to be patient. I waited two more days, still no tracking number, and this time, a gentleman told me they never had one of the items to begin with; meanwhile, the other item was readily available. So instead of asking me to replace the unavailable item with something of equal value, they told me to take my money back. Not only did they waste approx 3 weeks, but because I live in Canada, I lost out on the foreign exchange too. Will I shop here again, probably not (just found out they are "gray market" seller). They are lacking in customer service which is no surprise based on tge reviews i read, they only care about volume sales and have absolutely have no follow up with customers. Not my place to shop.... p.s. i found the exact same 2 items on Amazon for cheaper and free delivery in the US....”
