“I have only purchased watches and sunglasses from Jomashop. In both areas they excel, selling new, name brand, higher end to high end products below just about anywhere on the web. Shipping is fast. As far as watches go, in the watch community Jomashop is considered to be selling "gray market" products. These are all brand new, authentic watches, not copies, obtained legally by Jomashop. They all have the same warranty as if sold from more expensive, certified retailers, but you will not get a manufacturers certificate of authenticity, as Jomashop is selling these for less than the minimum price allowed by the higher end watch makers, and thus they are not a "certified dealer" and can't issue a manufacturers certificate of authenticity. This matters little unless you are planning on reselling the watch in the future hoping to get a premium price. Every watch expert in the world advises not to buy higher end watches to make money when reselling them, so who cares, unless you are gambling on watches. I highly recommend Jomashop for watches and sunglasses. I have purchased 4 sunglasses and 6 watches and have been very happy every time.”

“Australian buyers, please be cautious when purchasing from Jomashop. I registered an account specifically to share my experience with others who haven't yet shopped with them, and it's not a positive one. A few months ago, I placed two orders. At the time, there was no indication that orders destined for Australia would be processed through a third party named ESW. Jomashop and ESW will both overcharge you for taxes, customs duties, and other hidden fees. Regrettably, it was only after completing my second order that I noticed an issue with the tax amount I had paid. Upon recalculating, I discovered that while my order exceeded AUD 1,000, meaning a 10% tax on imported goods plus 5% customs duty should apply, Jomashop charged me a 22% tax. Furthermore, for my first order, the total amount was under AUD 1,000, which should have been exempt from taxes or customs according to the ATO and ABF; however, Jomashop applied a 10% tax. I contacted them two months ago, requesting feedback and Australian government references for their tax calculations. I was asked to wait for their third party, ESW, to provide a response. After weeks of communication with Jomashop, they essentially stated that their charges were based on estimates from their third-party compliance team. No references or explanations for the overcharging were provided. Unfortunately, a Jomashop agent explicitly informed me that they could not assist or offer an explanation since my transaction was with ESW, not Jomashop. I'm sharing this feedback so that customers pay close attention to the total amount in their carts and the taxes that the Jomashop website or app might present. You may end up paying more for a fragrance or watch than if you had purchased it from another vendor.”

“I purchased a new watch from this store. What I received was clearly not new. The watch arrived without protective films, in a visibly dented box, and inside packaging that belonged to a different version of the same model. Inside the box there was also a return receipt from a previous customer, which strongly indicates the watch had already been sold and returned. On top of that, the watch does not work. Multiple support requests have been submitted, and none have received a response. This experience raises serious concerns about quality control, product authenticity as “new,” and customer support reliability. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sto”

“Since I got interested in men’s fragrances, Jomashop has been one of the main sites that I use. Good prices, quick deliveries(usually less than a week for in stock items), and they offer a lot of items I’m interested in. Their customer service is also very responsive when I’ve had to contact them to make changes to an order or for other questions.”
