“This has been a stellar experience to buy parfums from Joma. A couple purchases from ebay weren't perfect. It is easy to trust Jomashop to deliver what I expect, and expectations and price are what is important to me. So, I am not buying expensive items and yet want these great values.”

“I received a Citizen Eco-Drive Chronograph that had missing links and was used. I immediately notified you with uploaded photos. did not hear back for two weeks, I emailed and the response was that you will not refund because the watch is used and missing links. Duh! that's why I returned the watch! you sold me a used watch and tried to blame me?! After multiple emails and phone calls, I finally talked to Jordi the supervisor. He said he will look into it. A day later, I got a refund of $133. The watch was $169 not including tax. WTF? You're charging me for shipping or restocking fee when you sold me a used watch? What kind of company is this? This is called Theft!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to RENATO from customer service! After 3 weeks of going in circles and getting nowhere with other reps, Renato was the ONLY one who actually helped me get my refund for an item I never received. Everyone else just kept delaying me and honestly didn't even seem to care about my situation but he stepped in, took my case seriously, and got it resolved quickly. Thank you, Renato! You honestly saved the whole experience for me! Honestly, Jomashop should consider Renato for a manager role, his service and dedication to customers is way above the rest and the only reason Jomashop is even getting a 5 star review from me is all due to him .”
