“I had a question about a limited edition watch, call them and the watch specialit was not able to explain to me,why 2 on line sellers were offering the same watch limited edition, with the same serial numbers, that brings a lot of questions about the originality of some of the watches they sell.??????”

“My last purchase or "Merry Christmas 2023" at Jomashop.com 😁🎄🎁 I like Jomashop for their prices, delivery terms and warranty conditions (hopefully they work as declared - I haven't had to use them yet, which is actually good👌🏻) Customer service could be faster. Not all my requests were resolved (my inquiry about the contents of the watch package) 🤷🏻 And finally, now I find that I can't upload photos here. I wanted to put them here...😜”

“I love the fact that Jomashop has great products at much cheaper prices. The ordering process is very easy. I really enjoy buying stuff here. The only less positive feedback from me would be regarding some products which don’t get shipped in time. I don’t know what are Jomashop’s agreements with sellers, but sometimes it takes 3 weeks to receive the product. Is it worth waiting? Totally.”

“I've purchased from Jomashop before, but this was the first time I had to return an item. I worked with a very pleasant rep, but I think the communication was just a bit unclear. The watch had a scratch on the inside of the crystal and I was unsure what to do about it. The rep offered a discount on the watch to keep it as is, but took a few emails before it was offered to return the item for a refund. I was directed to the RMA process which was very easy. They offered to pay for the return shipping and was given a full refund including my expedited shipping cost. I turned around and purchased the watch again, which was flawless and honestly the product images didn't even do it justice. I think this was just a learning experience on the RMA process. I will CERTAINLY, purchase from Jomashop again in the future.”

“In jomashop I usually buy Arabic perfumery and so far I have not had any problems with my items. On one occasion I had what seemed like a significant delay in my shipment but the customer service representative very kindly explained to me that my perfume was out of stock at the time but that it would arrive at the warehouse a few days later and it would be shipped immediately and it did. . She also explained to me that when searching for desired items, look below the price because they specify how long it will take to ship. So far I am very happy with my purchases.”
