“I like my product but I sent one gift to myself with a note so I could gift it in person to someone myself. You guys did not include the note in 2 orders. I got an item as a gift and the sender sent a note you guys also left out.”

“Ordered a Raymond Weil watch about a month ago. Great watch, great price. It arrived with a totally dead battery and also had to be sized - $ 25 plus $10 to size. No great service in my opinion.”
