“Lowest prices by far on luxury watches except Rolex of course. New, authentic, luxury watches at great prices. Customer service is a little iffy. Sometimes it’s difficult to get through to them, but when you do get through they are helpful. Best to do the live chat. Emailing they sometimes don’t respond at all.”

“I was looking for another Seiko Solar powered Prospex wristwatch, and liked this SSC757J1 Chronograph. The face just seemed to be the least busy of others. Price was good from Jomashop. It came very quickly. Thanks Jomashop. My only complaint is not with Jomashop, but with myself for not researching this more. I ordered a Strapcode bracelet designated for a Sumo non chronograph watch. Strapcode DOESN'T include this model number {SSC757J1} as one that will fit, but I ordered it anyways. The end link fits width wise (20mm), but the holes for the pins don't fit, they stick out and don't align with the holes on the lugs. Looking on Strapcode website under "Watch case dimensions", the SUMO styles listed (SBDC031 for instance) has a "Pin to Pin" distance of 47mm. Measuring my watch shows it's approx. 45mm or so. The endlink holes stick outside where the holes on the lugs are. The endlink top mimics the contour of the watch body great, but where the holes should line up for the pins to fit, they don't, end of story... . So... BE WARNED ! If you want a new Strapcode bracelet watchband for this Seiko Sumo Chronograph ~ SSC757J1, you'll need to purchase one of their "Straight End" style ones if you want it to fit. I'm in the process of returning the one I purchased from Strapcode for a refund. My lack of attention, NOT Strapcode's fault or Jomashop.”

“I took a risk and purchased a watch during the holiday season, I was not familiar with this site and was a bit skeptical. I received my purchase two days after I placed the order which was not expected. I am happy to say, I’m very pleased with the total experience shopping on Jomashop, they ROCK!”

“Thank you for the lovely order but what I did not like was the lack of interest in good and clean packaging. The belt was placed in a transparent plastic bag inside a small carton. It doesn’t belongs to the luxury brand in any way, it look like a cheap request or without a price, even in addition to the absence of a cloth bag belonging to the brand to protect the belt and keep it or a carton for the brand.”

“I have bought many things on Jomashop, and I did like shopping on Jomashop except that I wrote to custmoer care that my order hadn't shipped yet, and got the reply saying there were no any stocks for my order items after my order was placed for some time. And Jomashop told me I could place another order for replacement, and would for me help on prices, but surprisingly no one took care of my order, and it was cancelled. Well, though I still like shopping with Jomashop, hopefully, there will never be the case again.”

“Lots of choices of merchandise at seriously discounted prices with mostly free delivery. Returns and refunds are seamless, too. Been a regular jomashop customer for several years now and I have nothing to complain about. Great experience for me so far!”

“Fast shipping, well-packaged and very responsive. Kinda disappointed with the presentation box the watch came in as it is not the same as what you would normally get from an AD with all the add-ons. But I guess for the much discounted price I can't complain. Happy with the watch itself though.”

“The watch for the most part came in good condition and packaging was great. Only negative point I would say is the last 3 holes on the watch strap looked worn out, making it hard to put the buckle in through those holes. Other than that, everything else was fine. I just went on ahead and replaced the strap.”
