Jomashop did not disclose that they are not an authorized Citizen Watch dealership. Citizen will not honor the warranty. Jomashop substitutes the Citizen 5 year warranty for their 3 year warranty. They do reduce the price of the watches, but the do not do any sizing. I also did not receive the instructions to set the watch. I own 5 Citizen watches, I know it should come with the instructions. I purchase the Blue Angels watch. The Band size is more like a child than a man's and I could not wear it. When you return it the options to return are limited, I said it was too small. I am being charged to return it, and may be charged the original shipping cost of $ 5-$40 even though the shipping was free.

The shipping time is terrible and not as advertised. If you order from them be prepared to wait far longer than they say for your items to ship. When you call customer service, the response will be as if there was no date, simply TERRIBLE.

If I could give this purchase zero stars, I would. It’s unfortunate because I had ordered from this seller in the past with satisfaction. I bought a very pricey, full bottle item.. while the shipping address was correct. It was literally dropped at the wrong address.. despite the fact that I purchased shipping and insurance when I bought the item neither the seller nor the insurance company nor the carrier would help me. Buyer beware

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses for $600 and one showed up with grease and fingerprints all over them and the other never showed up. Customer service could care less as well. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of extra hassle and do not buy anything from this scam store.

Placed an order one items said 5-8 days shipping... I waited 18 days they wouldn't give me any information on the order then cancelled it after I inquired further.. Don't deal with these shady people, the other times they only send my order after I constantly email them about it then all of a sudden 2 2 weeks later I just so happened to email them the day they were going to ship out the order... Every time. They are shady , extremely shady.

Customer service is terrible. I purchased a tester bottle of Creed Silver Mountain Water and received it three days after the promised delivery date, for which I paid extra. Upon delivery, the cologne had leaked all over the box. I contacted customer service via their website and submitted multiple photos, but Jomashop Product Inquiries never responded back to me. I contacted customer service and requested to speak to a supervisor, but I was told I would not be able to.

Purchased a $4000 Omega Seamaster from Jomashop. The watch completely just stopped running after 6 months. I proceeded to ask for a return and refund, was denied. I then sent the $4000 Omega to Jomashop to be repaired. Approximately one month later was notified they were unable to repair the watch, was sent to another repair company. I was not told where the watch was sent, have not heard from Jomashop. I now have no idea where the Omega is or when it will be returned.

Absolute garbage. Paid $1000 for a watch. After 3 months sitting on my money they sent an email saying it was no longer available. No call, no explanation, just refusal to ship what I paid for. Be prepared for disappointment if you order from this company.

Customer service was terrible. Never received my order. Called to inquire about the items that I purchased with my money. I was told that it was shipped but lost in transit. I asked for a refund and was told I would be getting a gift card instead of my money for my purchase. Why would I want a gift card to order from you again if I didn’t receive the purchase the first time. I asked to speak with a manager and was refused. Asked for a corporate number and was refused. I asked to speak with someone else other than the person I was talking and was denied. Overall, one of the worst experiences I had in my life. I order online all the time and this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had. In my opinion take your money elsewhere. They don’t value you has a customer. If I could have left a zero rating I would have.

I ordered two Raymond Weil watches from them on November 29th, 2024. I still have not received them. I contacted Jomashop many times with no direct indication of when I will receive my paid for watches. Their customer support horrible, not very effective, or caring of one’s situation. I want to cancel but was advised I can do so after I receive the shipment - that does not make sense at all. They are not able to provide me with a delivery date because they are out of stock - it was in stock when I made the purchase. They keep sending emails saying it ordered and I will get it in 3-5 days - nothing yet. I am very frustrated with Jomashop and its customer service. I will never purchase from them again. I just want everyone on this site to know about my bad experience with them. I have asked to escalate the situation but no response from them.

Ordered 2 watches from Jomashop and only received one. The one I received took 7 days to receive although their ETA stated 3 business days based on my location. The other watch that I haven't received is in status of "pending acceptance" with USPS at the same location of origination. I don't understand how I received one watch that was ordered a day after the watch I haven't received. Long story short shop elsewhere from a more reputable vendor. I have disputed the charges BUT since they only insured the package for $100 and they "claim" it was shipped I'm probably out $500. ( The watch was $600). Just shop elsewhere that has better shipping AND communication . Once they have your money they could care less where your package is

I received a nonfunctional watch. After numerous emails back and forth, they finally approved the return for a refund. The return was delivered to Jomashop almost a month ago, but I still didn’t receive my refund. I tried emailing them to get a status update but every time I get the same response: “when the appropriate department will receive it, they will update it”. I gave up. It’s hopeless. Jomashop never again!!!

I had a horrible experience with them. I bought a cologne from them, and they canceled my order without noticing me. After a month passed, I still didn't get my money back. Never buying them anything for them and I will recommend same for you

Items ordered say 1-3 business days for delivery. I spent 50 minutes waiting to get hold of a rude customer service agent to be told first that the delay is that my order is international- from NY - California is not international I explained to her. She then tells me it does not say delivery to me in 1-3 business days it is delivered to them in 1-3 business days. It is now over a week and I have received nothing!!!
