“Jomashop cancelled my order, but money one month later still not returned. Jomashop informed me that my already fully paid order will not be delivered. Still one month later no PayPal refund. “Item was defective. Refund process was too difficult. Did not get full refund. Representative on phone was short with me and rude. She sounded like she had a very frustrating job and that should tell you something about this company. Why risk it with Jomashop when other large companies I will not name promise customers satisfaction. Check other authentic review cites and BBB before giving them your money.”

“this company contains LIARS,CHEATS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM. My previous review on TRUSTPILOT was just a title of: CRIMINAL ORGANISATION. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS. 100% RIP OFF. “I purchased two watches from Jomashop recently Seiko essentials and a citizen Axiom. I found that one of the watch the citizen had minor scratches on it and either of the watches did not have the protective sticker. Seriously suspect if these were used watches sold as new . I sent a message to customer support team and still haven’t heard anything.”

“Consumer service is terrible. First, they would not deal re my product that would not work. Second, they replied to my 1 star review and told me that I was lying. Lying ? Oh my. My career was in the D.A.'s Office. I don't lie. Jomashop is at best incompetent, worst-case criminal.”

“I ordered Yardley’s Ladies Talc and Soap gift set to add to my Christmas gifts to friends and it was on sale. I paid $64.95 for 5 sets, one was for me. I opened it about 2 weeks ago and found out that the expiration date is 10/06/23. I ordered it 11/23 & received it shortly before Christmas of 2023.”

“They sent me a faulty watch and didn't want to accept a return for a refund but repair under the warranty. The person I was communicating with had terrible customer service and was very rude. They don't care how much money you spend on their watches, once you buy the watch, forget it. Stay away from this shop it is a scam.”

“Bought 2 watches both had the crown fall off while resetting the time. They did not, have not and will not take any responsibility for the product they have sold me. I have spent over 300 $ USD trying to have this issue corrected . Today I called again to be offered 50$ USD to basically go away Discusted Trying to find a manager or supervisor is impossible”

“A miserable experience. I immediately recognized that the fragrances I purchased were below quality and messaged customer support. To this day, I have been denied and exchange. With the absolute vast amount of competitionout there, why waste your time and money on a company that can't even exchange a faulty product.”

“I placed the order and did not any confirmation although my card was charged. I took screenshots of the item purchased as well as Amazon pay charge, and sent it to customer service as well as gave them a call. I was told i did not place the order however someone reversed my payment after I showed proof that I was in fact charged. This is very disappointing.”

“Order M3F41376 Be aware when you buy directly from them, I returned a new package and my refund was like 70% of the value. the shipping was like $7 which is ok, more than that is ridiculous. Avoid them and buy on Amazon or eBay.”

“Today is Oct 24, I made order in Sep 10 for Eternity, but as there was an offer if you buy more than 250 $ there will be discount for 20 $, that is why I added Polo for the order to exceed the level 250 $ and to get 20 $ discount but unfortunately I received the Polo and till now I didn't recieved Eternity and they didn't apply the coupon 20 $ . I spoke to the customer service many time and always they saying within 1-2 wks you will receive the remaining from the order but that doesn'thappened yet. If they don't have this item so why they made me buy it !!!! And where is my right in 20 $ discount !!??”
