I purchased many times from you and now two Creed Ladies Creed Eladaria EDP Spray 2.5 for $688 arrived open and used sold as brand new. I sent it back as requested and placed a new order, again it arrived as returned items and not brand new. I called and got
disconnected, emails and no more response. I need my first refund and return my second order. This is not right, l've been purchasing from you for years and now this is

I purchased an Omega Aqua Terra, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The outer box arrived in poor condition, and more importantly, the watch itself was defective. The hour hand was misaligned by approximately 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a luxury timepiece at this price point. I returned the watch within the 30-day warranty/return window, yet I was charged $354 with no explanation of what the charge was for. A defective watch returned within the seller’s stated return period should be fully refunded, not partially withheld without justification. Customer service has been equally frustrating. Emails go unanswered, and phone support requires waits of 50 minutes or more, making it extremely difficult to resolve a legitimate issue. Additionally, the strap runs very short. Most buyers should expect to purchase at least two extra links, which cost $150 each plus labor—an important detail that should be disclosed upfront. Overall, this was a very poor experience for a luxury watch purchase, and I would not recommend this seller based on product quality and lack of customer support.

Only giving them one star because 0 stars is not a valid response. These people are extremely irresponsible, the play games with your bank account, and they are extremely rude, I understand they are a New York based company, but even for New Yorkers these people win the gold medal in the rudeness Olympics. Orders can take from 3 days 2 months, all depends on what the items are. They sell items they don't have in stock, and you have to wait for them to find the item from another discounter, cut out the middleman and don't use Jomashop.

I tried to order the same watch three times and they keep changing the shipping address to an old out dated address so canceled all three orders. Found the same watch on Amazon and low and behold it ships from Jomashop. They shipped it FEDEX and I had to be home to sign for it. This was a total pain in the behind

They sent me a watch that does not work, which they insist on calling "defective" but not "broken", drawing a self-serving and nonsensical distinction. Because it is defective rather than broken, they will not reimburse one either for the cost of returning it, or the cost of having shipped a useless watch in the first place. Their customer service is unfriendly, seems under pressure to take care of a certain number of calls per minute. i guess they are selling rejects, hence the low cost and the defects.

I had ordered 2 bottles of perfume to be shipped to my address in Canada. After waiting 2+ weeks to see any movement, not even a tracking number, I finally called in, and instead of a sympathetic response, the woman was a bit rude and told me to be patient. I waited two more days, still no tracking number, and this time, a gentleman told me they never had one of the items to begin with; meanwhile, the other item was readily available. So instead of asking me to replace the unavailable item with something of equal value, they told me to take my money back. Not only did they waste approx 3 weeks, but because I live in Canada, I lost out on the foreign exchange too. Will I shop here again, probably not (just found out they are "gray market" seller). They are lacking in customer service which is no surprise based on tge reviews i read, they only care about volume sales and have absolutely have no follow up with customers. Not my place to shop.... p.s. i found the exact same 2 items on Amazon for cheaper and free delivery in the US....

Ordered 2 fragrances that contained no batch code on the box or the bottle and the scent for both is underwhelming seemingly due to the fact that they are fake.

I received a Citizen Eco-Drive Chronograph that had missing links and was used. I immediately notified you with uploaded photos. did not hear back for two weeks, I emailed and the response was that you will not refund because the watch is used and missing links. Duh! that's why I returned the watch! you sold me a used watch and tried to blame me?! After multiple emails and phone calls, I finally talked to Jordi the supervisor. He said he will look into it. A day later, I got a refund of $133. The watch was $169 not including tax. WTF? You're charging me for shipping or restocking fee when you sold me a used watch? What kind of company is this? This is called Theft!

I placed an order for a perfume, paid in full, and received absolutely nothing in return. When the package didn’t arrive, I contacted USPS, who confirmed there was never a shipment to the address provided. I then reached out to Jomashop customer service, who assured me they would investigate and get back to me by September 19th. Well, it’s the 19th. I called back — only to be told the investigation hasn’t even been started. Let’s be clear: I did my part. I paid. I followed up. I waited. Yet here I am, still without the product I ordered and being tossed around by a customer service team that can’t even follow through on their own timelines. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete failure to uphold even the most basic standards of responsibility and accountability. And frankly, it's insulting to be treated like this after paying money in good faith.

Had issues with the watch and Custer service was seriously lacking. It was difficult to get returned and they made me pay retail return shipping versus their discounted rate.

I’m not satisfied with Jomashop Customer service, they acted unprofessional and did not tried to address or helped me in anyway. They didn’t even set a refund until I called to address my issue. I was recommended Jomashop for incredible discounts in amazing fragrances. But the customer service and policy is pretty awful.

I ordered a day date Seiko watch,it took a few weeks to ship and when I got it,they sent me the wrong watch!!!It was a Seiko but no day or date so I sent pictures and order numbers and they look at them after a couple of days,getting a return was the worst experience with customer service, I will never order anything expensive from this company ever.I’m not a new customer but bought thing’s in the past with no issues.Think again before ordering anything expensive because you will not get it or they will not try to rectify their mistake .

Several months ago, I placed an order that I still have not received. The estimated delivery time was exceeded weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any clear updates regarding my purchase. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told to “wait one more week,” yet the week passes and nothing changes. While they assure me that my card has not been charged, the corresponding amount remains on hold, and I do not wish to cancel my order. I also find it concerning that the item I purchased is still listed as in stock and available for sale.
