Ordered 2 fragrances that contained no batch code on the box or the bottle and the scent for both is underwhelming seemingly due to the fact that they are fake.

I received a Citizen Eco-Drive Chronograph that had missing links and was used. I immediately notified you with uploaded photos. did not hear back for two weeks, I emailed and the response was that you will not refund because the watch is used and missing links. Duh! that's why I returned the watch! you sold me a used watch and tried to blame me?! After multiple emails and phone calls, I finally talked to Jordi the supervisor. He said he will look into it. A day later, I got a refund of $133. The watch was $169 not including tax. WTF? You're charging me for shipping or restocking fee when you sold me a used watch? What kind of company is this? This is called Theft!

I placed an order for a perfume, paid in full, and received absolutely nothing in return. When the package didn’t arrive, I contacted USPS, who confirmed there was never a shipment to the address provided. I then reached out to Jomashop customer service, who assured me they would investigate and get back to me by September 19th. Well, it’s the 19th. I called back — only to be told the investigation hasn’t even been started. Let’s be clear: I did my part. I paid. I followed up. I waited. Yet here I am, still without the product I ordered and being tossed around by a customer service team that can’t even follow through on their own timelines. This isn’t just bad service, it’s a complete failure to uphold even the most basic standards of responsibility and accountability. And frankly, it's insulting to be treated like this after paying money in good faith.

Had issues with the watch and Custer service was seriously lacking. It was difficult to get returned and they made me pay retail return shipping versus their discounted rate.

I’m not satisfied with Jomashop Customer service, they acted unprofessional and did not tried to address or helped me in anyway. They didn’t even set a refund until I called to address my issue. I was recommended Jomashop for incredible discounts in amazing fragrances. But the customer service and policy is pretty awful.

I ordered a day date Seiko watch,it took a few weeks to ship and when I got it,they sent me the wrong watch!!!It was a Seiko but no day or date so I sent pictures and order numbers and they look at them after a couple of days,getting a return was the worst experience with customer service, I will never order anything expensive from this company ever.I’m not a new customer but bought thing’s in the past with no issues.Think again before ordering anything expensive because you will not get it or they will not try to rectify their mistake .

Several months ago, I placed an order that I still have not received. The estimated delivery time was exceeded weeks ago, and I have yet to receive any clear updates regarding my purchase. Every time I reach out to customer service, I am told to “wait one more week,” yet the week passes and nothing changes. While they assure me that my card has not been charged, the corresponding amount remains on hold, and I do not wish to cancel my order. I also find it concerning that the item I purchased is still listed as in stock and available for sale.

I ordered several nishani perfumes. Unfortunately they came and I'm sure they are fake. There is no smell at all. Be very careful. I am very disappointed.

I received a damaged watch. Ordered a replacement and paid for 2 day shipping because I needed it. Jomashop shipped it ground. You denied it until the watch was ultimately lost for over a week. It finally arrived and all you would do was credit the 2 day air charge. Garbage company. Garbage service. Garbage attitude from everyone I dealt with trying to to resolve. Bought several watches in the past few years between me and my wife from Joma. Will always try to go elsewhere now.

Damaged product and unfair return handling — avoid Jomashop!! We ordered a luxury watch from Jomashop as a special gift, and it arrived damaged right out of the box. The damage was immediately visible, and we never removed any tags or attempted to wear or fix the watch. We carefully placed it back in the original packaging and returned it right away. Despite doing everything by the book, Jomashop refused to take responsibility. They claimed the watch wasn’t returned in original condition — a false accusation! Their customer service was completely unhelpful, and we were left with an incomplete refund for a product that was defective from the start. We are missing $380. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. If you’re considering buying something valuable from Jomashop, be aware: if something goes wrong, they will not back you up. We will not be purchasing from them again.

Still waiting on the rest of my order with no response on how much longer it will be. Very disappointed as this was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift and I’m still waiting for it in mid July

Ordered a Casio G-Shock. Listing at Jomashop.com showed the case diameter as 55mm. When I received the watch, it looked smaller than that. I measured and it was actually 50.9mm. I submitted a RMA for a refund. They sent me a shipping label with an explanation that if I didn't their shipping label, I would not get a full refund. I shipped the watch back and a few days later, saw my refund come back, minus the $13 shipping fee. I emailed them to explain that I was sent a mislabeled watch and showed them pictures of me measuring the watch, pictures of Amazon's website showing the actual watch with the actual case diameter. They still kept arguing with me that I was in the wrong. Their policy about wrong items listed below. Very disappointing in their lack of customer service. Won't be back.

It's a pity but I bought perfumes and I only received one because the package was divided in two packages so i was waiting for receive the second one and suddenly I received an email that I have to pay again for the second perfume when I was already paid for the two perfumes that's absolutely disgusting

Jomashop did not disclose that they are not an authorized Citizen Watch dealership. Citizen will not honor the warranty. Jomashop substitutes the Citizen 5 year warranty for their 3 year warranty. They do reduce the price of the watches, but the do not do any sizing. I also did not receive the instructions to set the watch. I own 5 Citizen watches, I know it should come with the instructions. I purchase the Blue Angels watch. The Band size is more like a child than a man's and I could not wear it. When you return it the options to return are limited, I said it was too small. I am being charged to return it, and may be charged the original shipping cost of $ 5-$40 even though the shipping was free.

The shipping time is terrible and not as advertised. If you order from them be prepared to wait far longer than they say for your items to ship. When you call customer service, the response will be as if there was no date, simply TERRIBLE.
