Nothing...it was worst customer service. I received my perfume heated for multiple days and with degraded quality. When I call Jomashop to resolve issue they did not helped me for anything and asked me to send product if i didn't lie it with my own shipping expense. Very worst customer satisfactory consideration.yes Jomashop is not committed to their granteed customer satisfaction. It is worst company and online plateform to deal with when you received bad product.

Display of white omega watch, before purchase, picture looked white, after purchase, looks beige. Their return policy is super confusing and deducted $250 during return.

Australian buyers, please be cautious when purchasing from Jomashop. I registered an account specifically to share my experience with others who haven't yet shopped with them, and it's not a positive one. A few months ago, I placed two orders. At the time, there was no indication that orders destined for Australia would be processed through a third party named ESW. Jomashop and ESW will both overcharge you for taxes, customs duties, and other hidden fees. Regrettably, it was only after completing my second order that I noticed an issue with the tax amount I had paid. Upon recalculating, I discovered that while my order exceeded AUD 1,000, meaning a 10% tax on imported goods plus 5% customs duty should apply, Jomashop charged me a 22% tax. Furthermore, for my first order, the total amount was under AUD 1,000, which should have been exempt from taxes or customs according to the ATO and ABF; however, Jomashop applied a 10% tax. I contacted them two months ago, requesting feedback and Australian government references for their tax calculations. I was asked to wait for their third party, ESW, to provide a response. After weeks of communication with Jomashop, they essentially stated that their charges were based on estimates from their third-party compliance team. No references or explanations for the overcharging were provided. Unfortunately, a Jomashop agent explicitly informed me that they could not assist or offer an explanation since my transaction was with ESW, not Jomashop. I'm sharing this feedback so that customers pay close attention to the total amount in their carts and the taxes that the Jomashop website or app might present. You may end up paying more for a fragrance or watch than if you had purchased it from another vendor.

Package came without item. They ended up coming to a conclusion that I had taken the item out and wanted to get an extra pair for free. Customer service didn’t do me justice. Lost me as a customer,

I purchased a new watch from this store. What I received was clearly not new. The watch arrived without protective films, in a visibly dented box, and inside packaging that belonged to a different version of the same model. Inside the box there was also a return receipt from a previous customer, which strongly indicates the watch had already been sold and returned. On top of that, the watch does not work. Multiple support requests have been submitted, and none have received a response. Horrible service they are not a great company we purchase 5 perfume and only received 2 the other 3 it took over a month, when you call customer service they have no ideia they say it’s Ups faults ,we will never buy it again we them Fragrance.net they are the best stay away from them , if we knew the reviews before we wouldn’t buy nothing from them

I recently bought two fragrances and I only received one.I called customer service and they were rude to me I don’t know why I told him to go over my history with Jomashop but I think he didn’t want to hear that I had said. No more Jomashop for me I’m done purchasing from you guys.

I bought several high end watches from Joma. Every one of them had serious issues. They pretended to fix them and each one was returned with the problem unfixed. They told me after a second attempt that the watches could not be fixed and washed their hands. A Chopard, “HappyDiamonds” watch didn’t keep good time and although it was supposed to be waterproof repeatedly got water under the glass. A Cartier watch never kept good time. Reluctantly I brought the wt he’s to both Cartier and Chopard and although they charged a fair amount of money to overhaul them they were never right. They obviously buy grey, grey, greymarket products. That’s why they’re so cheap.

I purchased beekman place about a week ago. This was a blind pay. However, after researching the longevity of the fragrance, I found that the scent is supposed to last for up to 7-8 hours. The scent does not last no longer than 30 minutes. I question the authenticity of this fragrance.

I purchased many times from you and now two Creed Ladies Creed Eladaria EDP Spray 2.5 for $688 arrived open and used sold as brand new. I sent it back as requested and placed a new order, again it arrived as returned items and not brand new. I called and got
disconnected, emails and no more response. I need my first refund and return my second order. This is not right, l've been purchasing from you for years and now this is

I purchased an Omega Aqua Terra, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The outer box arrived in poor condition, and more importantly, the watch itself was defective. The hour hand was misaligned by approximately 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a luxury timepiece at this price point. I returned the watch within the 30-day warranty/return window, yet I was charged $354 with no explanation of what the charge was for. A defective watch returned within the seller’s stated return period should be fully refunded, not partially withheld without justification. Customer service has been equally frustrating. Emails go unanswered, and phone support requires waits of 50 minutes or more, making it extremely difficult to resolve a legitimate issue. Additionally, the strap runs very short. Most buyers should expect to purchase at least two extra links, which cost $150 each plus labor—an important detail that should be disclosed upfront. Overall, this was a very poor experience for a luxury watch purchase, and I would not recommend this seller based on product quality and lack of customer support.

Only giving them one star because 0 stars is not a valid response. These people are extremely irresponsible, the play games with your bank account, and they are extremely rude, I understand they are a New York based company, but even for New Yorkers these people win the gold medal in the rudeness Olympics. Orders can take from 3 days 2 months, all depends on what the items are. They sell items they don't have in stock, and you have to wait for them to find the item from another discounter, cut out the middleman and don't use Jomashop.

I tried to order the same watch three times and they keep changing the shipping address to an old out dated address so canceled all three orders. Found the same watch on Amazon and low and behold it ships from Jomashop. They shipped it FEDEX and I had to be home to sign for it. This was a total pain in the behind

They sent me a watch that does not work, which they insist on calling "defective" but not "broken", drawing a self-serving and nonsensical distinction. Because it is defective rather than broken, they will not reimburse one either for the cost of returning it, or the cost of having shipped a useless watch in the first place. Their customer service is unfriendly, seems under pressure to take care of a certain number of calls per minute. i guess they are selling rejects, hence the low cost and the defects.
