I placed the order and did not any confirmation although my card was charged. I took screenshots of the item purchased as well as Amazon pay charge, and sent it to customer service as well as gave them a call. I was told i did not place the order however someone reversed my payment after I showed proof that I was in fact charged. This is very disappointing.

Order M3F41376 Be aware when you buy directly from them, I returned a new package and my refund was like 70% of the value. the shipping was like $7 which is ok, more than that is ridiculous. Avoid them and buy on Amazon or eBay.

Today is Oct 24, I made order in Sep 10 for Eternity, but as there was an offer if you buy more than 250 $ there will be discount for 20 $, that is why I added Polo for the order to exceed the level 250 $ and to get 20 $ discount but unfortunately I received the Polo and till now I didn't recieved Eternity and they didn't apply the coupon 20 $ . I spoke to the customer service many time and always they saying within 1-2 wks you will receive the remaining from the order but that doesn'thappened yet. If they don't have this item so why they made me buy it !!!! And where is my right in 20 $ discount !!??

Product was used and has scratches on the sunglasses. Other order got canceled.

On September 21st I placed an online order from this store, then proceeded to place 2 more orders over the next 24 hours totaling 3 orders. I them emailed the store to ask if they could cancel the 3 orders and lump them together in 1 order to save me some of the shipping costs. They did so but through all of this they placed a total of 5 authorizations on my credit card via PayPal. The store then emailed me a single invoice for the total of all the items stating my authorizations were invalid or not approved - this was not true as per PayPal & my credit card - however, they sent the invoice demanding I pay it before they could ship the order for the total of 4 items. I paid the invoice, emailed them to advise I had done so, and within 10 minutes they sent an email advising my order had been cancelled as per MY request. This is untrue. I then emailed them requesting they remove all authorizations from my PayPal/Mastercard, and also refund me the amount I paid on the invoice. They have been veeerrrry selective in their written responses after this, stating they never charged my card so they owe me nothing, all authorizations will drop off in a week, however the charge is showing not as a preauthorization but as an actual payment. The seller states there has been nothing charged, they refuse to look at the PayPal. I have filed a dispute with PayPal, my credit card, and am awaiting a return call from Norton Shopping as technically the 3 original orders were protected under them, but not the 4th amalgamated order as it was generated manually by the store. I want all authorizations removed from my PayPal which the store can request, they also need to issue a refund which they state they do not have to do as there was no charge made by them. They have confirmed cancellation of the order multiple times via email but refuse to issue me a refund. This is wrong!

: I ordered the Tag Heuer golf watch, and I had some issues since receiving it. Firstly, the box did not come with a charger head. There was a small box in which I thought the charger head would be, but it was empty. Additionally, the wireless charger does not work at times and looks like there's some rust on it. The magnet on the watch for the ball marker is also very weak. I don't think I received a new watch, because it looks as if it was used.

Do not buy from Jomashop!! I have bought 2 watches from them. They were both listed as new not pre-owned. The pre-owned watches clearly list whether the box and papers are included with the watch. The new watches do not mention it at all. A reasonable person would assume that the new watches come with papers and box. Why wouldn’t they? None of the watches, new or pre owned, are eligible for manufacture warranty. That is understood and plainly stated. But the papers are VERY IMPORTANT to collectors in the watch community. They can significantly affect the value of the watch if you decide to sell or trade later down the line. Jomashop customer service is either ignorant of that fact or just dishonest. They told me that none of their new watches comes with papers which isn’t true because one if the watches I bought did. They then told me they aren’t allowed to send papers for new watches which doesn’t make sense…. The bottom line is I would not have purchased the watch for the price I did had I known the NEW watch would not include the papers. It should have been at least another 1-2 thousand dollars cheaper and they should inform their customers what they are or are not getting.

I order 2 watches and one arrived a completely different watch and it charge me for the same price. And the other was the correct watch but the machine didn’t work and it wasn’t the battery because i check it. I couldn’t make a return or anything because i bought them for a friend that’s lives out of country.

I purchased a Cologne that was advertised as original, with a promised scent lasting 24 hours. The reviews, including those from the manufacturer, only fueled my anticipation. Sadly, the product turned out to be fake, losing its scent within 3 hours. What’s more disheartening is that every time I tried to post an honest review within the app, it was swiftly removed. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I sought a return for the subpar product. However, I was shocked to learn that I would be required to bear the cost of shipping for their mistake. It’s absurd to expect customers to pay for the return of a fake product that they knowingly sold. This entire experience has been dismaying, to say the least. I hope that potential customers are aware of the issues I faced with this app. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. As consumers, we deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. This ordeal serves as a stark reminder to be cautious when dealing with jomashop and similar platforms.

Purchased a $5000 watch from jomashop one year ago. The movement stopped so I sent it back in as it has a three-year Joma shop warranty. They sent it back to me one month later stating that they will not fix it because there’s a scratch on the exterior of the case. They didn’t pack it at all so it got scratches in transit.

Do NOT buy from site.. Seems like a fraud to me so far. I ordered 6 items 10 days ago and to-date they have not shipped anything!!! Customer service claims they are shipped, USPS begs otherwise. USPS tracking says "waiting to receive" the items... Big liars Jomashop if you ask me.... Save yourself and go somewhere else..

I bought a rado on June 27 and used it 2 times and the time changed by itself, when I sent the watch within the 30-day warranty, they told me in a bad way that there is no warranty, I sent the watch and they said I had to pay, the service is horrible, they treat the customer rudely, be careful, I did not recommend them

I purchased a bottle of Creed Aventus for Her because I had a bottle that was almost finished, and Jomashop had a "tester" on this site for a fraction of the price which totaled $211.32. When the fragrance arrived, I put it away because I was waiting for my original bottle to be completely finished. I was going on a trip and thought I'd bring my new bottle of Creed with me. However, when I sprayed it, it didn't really smell like anything, AND IT DEFINITELY DIDN'T SMELL LIKE CREED! I still had my original bottle from the House of Creed. They smelled nothing alike. I sprayed it on other friends and family members, and we all concluded that the fragrance was fake. When I notified Jomashop about this issue (which included the pictures and the receipt that they requested), they replied that I needed to have The House of Creed provide them with a written notification that the fragrance is not authentic. THE NERVE! Like The House of Creed has time for Jomashop's foolishness & BS! I'm truly disgusted! I wish there was an option to give ZERO STARS!

My watch arrived in a previously opened box, the watch had been taking out of the packaging, and worn. This is a bronze watch so, as soon as its opened it begins to patina. Disappointing, particularly given what a swiss watch costs and a buyers normal expectation of a sealed, new (never worn) watch!

The customer service is wanting. The item that they indicated would be shipped 2 day priority wasn’t shopped wi a month’s time. I initially had to contact them about the status since I hadn’t received a shipment confirmation or contrary notice wi a week of placing my order. I was told that is was projected to ship in 1-2days then a message was sent to expect shipment wi 3-5days. When neither of those conditions were met, I called them AGAIN & was advised that my package was schedule to ship in 21 days. I ultimately purchased my item from another site; I wont attempt to do business with them in the future. TACKY!

Warranty issues after 6 months, Jomas shop had me pay to ship the watch back $35.00 dollars and informed me I will be without the watch for 3 months. Buyer beware if you have an issue good luck

Pair 349 aud for this item. Paid 30usd for express shipping which meant 12 days in their books I guess. This was a wedding present for my best friend. It doesn’t end there! Paid 52 gbp to dhl for this to be cleared. Got it. And it’s BROKEN. Literally looks like it’s worth 50.

Think twice before purchasing from Jomashop. When questioning my concern on my order this morning, the customer rep. hung up on my after saying he didn't know why I was concerned, I bought from them before. I will never buy from them again. If my order tracking information doesn't arrive today, I will cancel my order, and contact PayPal. And, there is no mention of my order on their website in my account.

The customer service at Jomashop is very disrespectful, they consistently lie about shipping and product availability, and attempt to double charge your card and bake it on your bank. Please beware of this site, I've regrettably spent thousands there and should've stopped at the first sign of unprofessionalism. I don't expect perfection by any means from a grey market site like Jomashop but the amount of disrespect and shady business practices are alarming.
