My Item never arrived, rude customer service, wouldn’t pick up a finger to help me get a $1000 item and then blamed me for the problem.

Poor customer service!!! Bad communication, item still has not arrived. Item showed in stock when purchased about two months ago. Never received any communication from company letting me know item is not in stock until I called inquiring about status after a month. After I saw watch was back in stock on website i called again inquiring about my order and was told it will be sent in a day or 2 and that was over three weeks ago. I have purchased several watches from jomashop but after this experience I will no long.

I made a purchase to Jomashop using a payment app and the company decides to send me one of the bottle and tell me they have to charge again for the other bottle. This is ridiculous. I never receive an email update or anything. I should be able to pay one time, and however the company decides to ship the item should not effect me. I will never shop at Jomashop again.

Tried to place order online but it kept denying my credit card , when I called customer service to pay for my cart which had 4 fragrances worth 400$ , they hang up on me 3 times, taking my business somewhere else, 5$ more per item is worth the peace of mind .

Bad company, the watch arrived broken, and every time I call and they recognize its me they hang up the phone. They simply don't want to deal with it and it's not the first time!

So one of my items came separate. It took waaay longer than the first one and I was not infromed that Jomashop allegedly has to purchase from somewhere in China then receive then mail to you. Its literally a movie!!!!!!!!!!! So for that reason and that reason alone I am very leery moving forward with another order. It should have been clear and in writing that "your item may have to be in one or more packages, daysssssss later and from Timbuktu"!!! They were items for my birthday and i was in Dubai when the item arrived, Bummer!!!!!!!!!

Don’t pay for express shipping because it won’t come when it says and when you contact them about it, they won’t do anything. Paid $15 for 1/2 day shipping and arrived 3/4 days after. Was upset as it was a gift but they didn’t care

Customer service is a joke-tried scamming with sending cheaper sunglasses then tried to refund me less than what I paid on top of trying to get me to pay to ship them back. There are WAY better places to shop. Don’t waste your time OR money.

Jomashop took my money but did not deliver the item. The item did not ship and shows no sign of shipping but they refuse to give me a refund. There is something wrong with this vendor. I suppose I have lost my money to a Ponzi scheme of some sort. Maybe Paypal can get me back my money- but Jomashop is not cooperating.

A tester perfume was sent without a stopper for the atomizer and it was not packaged properly and the perfume leaked inside the package. I sent photos of bottle to customer service the day I received the package requesting either a partial refund or an exchange for a full bottle. They offered me a partial refund and I agreed however never processed the refund. I emailed them back asking when it’s going to be processed and they put me back in the queue to wait for it. I am fed up and requesting to return the bottle for a full refund. It has been over a month dealing with this and still no resolution and still no response about providing me with a return label so I disputed the transaction with my bank. I’m sure that will get your attention. Worst customer service ever!

This company is a joke. I placed a very large order ($1600+) a month and a half ago and never received my package. Their customer service was useless. UPS tried to deliver to an access point (which I did not approve) and when I asked for it to be redelivered to my home, they redelivered to the UPS access point, who denied the package. I never once denied the package myself. In fact, I tried to get JomaShop's customer service to help but they refused. So I spent 17 days calling UPS each day, who did try to help but were not able to. They returned to sender. I have not received the package 1.5 months later and have not received a refund or any clear communication from their team. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. All I wanted was for them to deliver the package that I ordered, but apparently they can't do that.

Placed an order as Chrismas gifts, and never received them. Been calmly waiting for Jomashop to support, then now was asking to contact carrier by myself. I tried but got transferred around by UPS.

BEWARE!!!!! If I could give ZERO stars, I would do that! I ordered a pair of Costa Sunglasses for a Christmas present. My friend wore them TWICE and the lens fell out. Jomashop refused to take any responsibility for what was OBVIOUSLY a faulty item, or a fake one! Real Costa Sunglasses do NOT fall apart like that. They did offer me $15 to get them repaired....thanks for nothing. I'm out $134.

Sometimes they have great deals but customer service level is very low!Def i would not buy anything again i had very bad exp with joma customer service!I bought a 2k watch for a gift.Andi did pay with paypal.But i have my own business.And i have to travel a lot.Most of the time iam not at home.So after ups did not catch me at home one time.I did call to joma customer service.And i asked them can we set up pick up from ups hub?Because iam not at home most of the time.!So before that i was told from ups i have to call joma so they can do that because the package is restricted for pick up!JOMASHOP customer service did not help at alll.After asking me personal questions ,like where do i work ?!!!!!and am i Russian?!!!!what the hell?Because my name sounds like!I could not belive it.I was told they will not set up pick up from the hub!Its not secure?!!!!what?You have to provide gover id to pick up,so whats the problem?!!!NO WE CANT DO THAT!I was told to bring a friend at home to wait for ups !This is crazy!So after 2 attemps for del ups hold the package in the hub for a week and the i went there and took it with my id!Wooow,did not came on time sup to be a gift!So joma customer service did not now at all how to help!Also i was told because its been paid with paypal they cant set up pick up?!!How come your website accept paypal.There is not like if u pay with paypal you cant set up pick up.And if i cant how come i did!So i would not recomend jomashop.Such a waste of time very rude and not professional customer service.Also waste of time and money.Also dont wait your gift on time!

I chose Jomashop to avoid problems commonly associated ordering online, such as lost packages and bad communication. Unfortunately, that is EXACTLY what I got from Jomashop. My order is a mess, my package is lost to delivery limbo and I’ve yet to have a helpful conversation with anyone a Jomashop. I would not buy from them again. I bought as watch from them, it was sent, but it didn't clear customs. I have yet to receive a reply from Jomashop to my emails, messages, or calls. There is nobody from Jomashop that will assist you. They don’t care. Emails went unanswered, the chat bot was unhelpful and calling them was useless. Jomashop's lack of communication made things worse. Now I must go through the joys of requesting a refund for a package that never made to delivery. Basically, an online order's nightmare.

If I could give a 0 Star rating I would for my experience. I ordered a Cartier watch as a gift the week prior to Christmas and called the day after placing the order to confirm that the watch would ship. Their site indicated that watch purchases would be delivered before Christmas. was told that it should ship from the Jomashop supplier in 1 -3 business days and that I should have it before Christmas. Friday before Christmas I called to follow up as I had heard nothing from Jomashop. Customer Service again told me that the watch had not shipped but should in 1 - 3 business days. Their excuse was that "it's the holidays". Again, no proactive update. I called to follow up today, 12/27, and when pressed, Customer Service told me that the item was out of stock with no projected available date. Despite the fact that Jomashop emphasizes premier Customer Service, they are not proactive, don't have product stock information, and cannot provide accurate order information when the customer calls to follow up. Jomashop appears to be simply a broker service with no real time product availability information. I would avoid at all costs.

I have been waiting my watch for more than a month, I still haven't received it (France). No information available on the tracking of the watch on the Jomashop website.
