A tester perfume was sent without a stopper for the atomizer and it was not packaged properly and the perfume leaked inside the package. I sent photos of bottle to customer service the day I received the package requesting either a partial refund or an exchange for a full bottle. They offered me a partial refund and I agreed however never processed the refund. I emailed them back asking when it’s going to be processed and they put me back in the queue to wait for it. I am fed up and requesting to return the bottle for a full refund. It has been over a month dealing with this and still no resolution and still no response about providing me with a return label so I disputed the transaction with my bank. I’m sure that will get your attention. Worst customer service ever!
