“The customer service at Jomashop is very disrespectful, they consistently lie about shipping and product availability, and attempt to double charge your card and bake it on your bank. Please beware of this site, I've regrettably spent thousands there and should've stopped at the first sign of unprofessionalism. I don't expect perfection by any means from a grey market site like Jomashop but the amount of disrespect and shady business practices are alarming.”

“I have purchased at least four watches from Jomashop so I know how they are packaged. The last watch has smudges all over the box and did not contain the Movado warranty card. The item was obviously returned to you and resold as new.”

“Don't buy! Do not buy from this site. Absolute scam artists! They lie! I ordered a medium hat, was sent a large and after 26 emails and 14 pictures later they still deny they sent the wrong size. So annoying and frustrating to be told your wrong when you have more than enough proof but they just lie to get rid of you. If I was in America I would have paid them a visit, they are lucky I'm in Liverpool. Shut these scammers down. You don't have a leg to stand on when they just lie to shut you down.”

“Ordered a watch I was told was in stock at another Jomashop warehouse. After many phone calls and getting hung up on once I was finally told they did not have the watch and were attempting to outsource it. Customer service reps were terrible. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customers with complaints. Unable to speak to higher ups in company. Customer service reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. I was able to cancel my order with out the problems others have written about. I was lucky. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again”

“I purchased two bottles of my signature perfume, Atelier Clementine California from Jomashop. I usually purchase it from Sephora in store, but the fragrance is no longer sold in the U.S. I was sent either fake or damaged bottles. The packaging was perfect but the scent was no where close. I have a bottle I use everyday and what I received in NO WAY smells anything like the fragrance I purchased at Sephora and have used for years. It actually doesn't smell like perfume at all, just alcohol wipes. When I contacted customer service they said someone on their staff would inspect and smell the product to determine if my complaints were true and I would still be charged for return shipping and for their cost of shopping it to me which was originally free. DON'T BUY PERFUME FROM THEM. There are multiple reviews stating the same, fake or bad product and poor customer service.”

“I ordered 2 watches from Jomashop. One of them is the Citizen Promaster Blue Angels with a BLUE face. What I received was the version in BLACK. After speaking with Bibi, I sent pictures of the order showing BLUE & of the watch showing clearly it is BLACK. All I've received so far is an argument. I disputed the charge with my bank & Jomashop switched the picture of the watch on their site to deceive the bank. Luckily I had a picture of the watch when I ordered it.”

“Purchased Gucci horsebit 1955 bucket and attempted to re sell with certification. Counterfeit product. Could not authenticate. Worthless. Jomashop would not help. Selling counterfeit goods.”

“Watch came in broken watch box. One side of the box was completely ripped. Contacted customer service, uploaded pictures of the damaged box. No response afterwards. Very disappointing service and customer care”

“Don't buy from Jomashop. I placed orders for Ralph Lauren Polo apparel twice and both of them were for Women even though I ordered for Men. As it's international delivery I gave up for return and gave it to my sister. So I won't buy from here. Their commitment is worst ever.”

“Please start working on your customer service department. Your products are great and authentic but unfortunately your customer service representatives on phone are very rude and they don’t care about their employers… they are not even ready to take customers feedback… I am sorry but you need to start working on their PR and customer catering services as they have been damaging your name and reputation. They want customer to cancel their orders rather than helping them with the accurate information. Please look into this I am putting my order number here so you know who was the customer representative spoke to me rudely and wanted customer to cancel their orders rather than proving the right help/ information. This will not get you repeat customer Order number - M37F7208”

“Jomashop is a scam. Do not give them your money. They took payment, did not deliver anything and did not communicate anything until I called them. After several weeks I contacted them and they claimed product was out of stock. Several weeks later, the watch is back on the website, but still did not receive my order. I called in and they said order will be shipped in a few days. Another month goes by and no communication from company. So I called in to get an update status and now they inform me they are not able to fulfill my order because the price of the item went up and said if I want the item I need to pay the new price.”

“Advertising watches for sale and "on sale" when you don't actually have the watch is a deceptive business practice. It is bait and switch. I will never do business here.”

“I do not recommend buying from them. They claim the items are ‘new’ however they don’t come with the tags/ booklets or items that a new watch has. Other sites offer similar pricing and you can get an actual new product”
