Ordered a watch I was told was in stock at another Jomashop warehouse. After many phone calls and getting hung up on once I was finally told they did not have the watch and were attempting to outsource it. Customer service reps were terrible. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customers with complaints. Unable to speak to higher ups in company. Customer service reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. I was able to cancel my order with out the problems others have written about. I was lucky. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again
